THE GREENHOUSE CAFÉ: WHERE NATURE MEETS COMMUNITY
Step into one of Treppan Living’s most distinctive lifestyle spaces — the Greenhouse Café. Designed as a calm, nature-inspired retreat, a space where residents can slow down and find comfort away from the noise of daily life. A retreat within your own building. Using Radiant Cooling, the Greenhouse Café brings together real living greenery, clean hydroponic plant systems, and a welcoming café atmosphere where residents can slow down, enjoy a quiet coffee, and feel genuinely at home. The café serves fresh coffee, tea, light snacks, and seasonal salads — with many of the greens grown right on site through the building’s own hydroponic system. There is no soil, no mess, and no complexity: just clean, living plants that bring the space to life and create a naturally calm environment for residents to enjoy throughout the day. Beyond refreshments, the Greenhouse Café serves as a community hub. Residents who participate in Treppan’s sustainability programmes earn Treppan Coins — redeemable right here at the café. It is also where delivery robots dispatch your in-building orders and where you will find the community bookshelf, making it a natural gathering point for everyday life. Because great communities are not built in grand gestures — they are built in quiet, comfortable moments shared together.
ALKALINE WATER PLANT: BETTER WATER, EVERY DAY
At Treppan Living, we believe that the simplest things in life — like clean, quality drinking water — should never be something residents need to think twice about. That is the idea behind the Alkaline Water Plant: a centrally managed water filtration and treatment system installed within the community, providing residents with access to filtered, balanced alkaline drinking water right where they live. Alkaline water simply means water that has been filtered and pH-balanced for everyday drinking — cleaner in taste, free from impurities, and consistently reliable. There are no health claims and no complicated technology to navigate. It is a straightforward quality-of-life upgrade that replaces the need for bottled water deliveries or external suppliers, making good hydration a natural part of your daily routine. By bringing this facility into the heart of the community, Fakhruddin Properties is also making a quiet but meaningful commitment to sustainability: fewer plastic bottles, less packaging waste, and reduced transportation impact — all from something as simple as turning on a tap. FOOD & BOOK SHARING: SMALL ACTS, SHARED VALUE

Treppan Living is introducing the Food & Book Sharing initiative, a simple and respectful way for residents to share unopened food items and books in good condition with fellow neighbours, reducing waste and fostering a genuine sense of belonging. Participation is entirely voluntary and built on trust. Residents are welcome to leave items they no longer need and take what may be useful to them — no formalities, no obligation, and no pressure. The initiative is thoughtfully supported through the Treppan Community App, where sharing activities may be recognised within the community’s reward system, adding a warm layer of appreciation for those who choose to contribute. More than a practical exchange, Food & Book Sharing is an invitation to live more mindfully and to see your neighbours not simply as fellow residents, but as a community. Items that might otherwise go to waste find a second life, and in the process, something far more valuable is created — a culture of quiet generosity that makes Treppan Living a truly special place to call home.
