Our Story
What began in 2003 as a vision to redefine real estate has grown into one of the Middle East’s most forward-thinking property developers. Fakhruddin Properties was born from the legacy of Fakhruddin Holdings — a business established in 1963 with deep roots in entrepreneurship, community upliftment, and cross-border impact.
Guided by this foundation, we set out to build more than structures — we set out to build trust. From our earliest developments, we believed that homes should support well-being, reflect purpose, and contribute to the environments they occupy. That belief became our blueprint.
Today, our reach spans the UAE, the UK, and Uganda — but our values remain grounded: innovation with integrity, sustainability with soul, and design that puts people first. Our story is one of evolution, but never of compromise.
