INTERVIEW: Dubai’s Fakhruddin Properties to appoint the main contractor for Maimoon Gardens shortly

Dubai-based developer Fakhruddin Properties will soon award the main construction contract for Maimoon Gardens, a twin-tower residential development in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), slated for completion by 2025-end, CEO Yousuf Fakhruddin told Zawya Projects.

“The enabling works have already been awarded, and the site is well on track in terms of construction timelines,” he said, adding the completion timelines have taken into account relevant buffers to ensure the project is delivered with minimum disruption.
