The opening day of IPS 2026 marked a significant milestone for Fakhruddin Properties with the official launch of Tréppan Vision, its latest mixed-use development in Dubai Land Residence Complex. As Titanium Sponsor of IPS 2026, Fakhruddin Properties opened the three-day event with a strong presence, welcoming visitors, investors, industry professionals and real estate leaders to experience a new perspective on everyday living. At the centre of the day was the launch of Tréppan Vision, a development shaped by three core pillars: wellness, sustainability and intelligent technology. Bringing together residences, offices and retail spaces, the project has been designed to create a connected environment where advanced systems support how people live, work and interact.
Introducing a New Vision for Everyday Living
Mr. Yousuf Fakhruddin, CEO and Managing Partner of Fakhruddin Properties, took to the stage to present the philosophy and thinking behind the project. During his presentation, he explained how Tréppan Vision brings ideas that once appeared futuristic into everyday life. Advanced robotics form an integral part of the development, supporting functions such as reception, deliveries, cleaning and coffee service. The project also incorporates AI enabled smart homes, facial recognition and HomeSoul, a single digital platform created to connect key home and building functions. Beyond technology, the presentation highlighted the development's approach to healthier living. Smart Care will enable residents to conduct basic vital checks, access teleconsultations, receive medication deliveries and connect with assistance when needed. Tréppan Vision also responds to the changing ways in which people use their homes. Flexible layouts allow one-bedroom residences to convert into two-bedroom homes, while two-bedroom residences can become three-bedroom homes. This gives residents the ability to adapt their spaces as their needs change over time. As a mixed-use development comprising residences, offices and retail, Tréppan Vision also includes co-working spaces and customised podcast rooms, creating an integrated environment where residents and professionals can live, work, collaborate and create within one connected destination. The presentation offered the audience a closer look at how thoughtful design and purposeful technology can work together to simplify everyday life.
Contributing to the Industry Conversation
Day 1 also saw Mr. Yousuf Fakhruddin join fellow industry leaders for a panel discussion on the forces influencing the future of real estate. The conversation explored evolving buyer expectations, the increasing role of artificial intelligence and the importance of developing communities that remain relevant and resilient over the long term. The speakers also discussed sustainability, emerging investment models and Dubai's continued ability to anticipate and respond to global change. The session reinforced a key idea: the future of real estate will be shaped not only by location or design, but by how effectively developments respond to the changing needs of people, businesses and cities.
An Engaging Experience at the Stand
At the Fakhruddin Properties stand, visitors were introduced to Vision, the humanoid robot created to represent the forward-thinking character of Tréppan Vision. From welcoming guests to interacting with visitors, Vision quickly became one of the most talked about attractions of the day. The experience gave visitors an immediate and engaging introduction to the role robotics will play within the development. With the unveiling of Tréppan Vision, a detailed project presentation and a valuable industry discussion, Day 1 established the direction for Fakhruddin Properties at IPS 2026. It was a day that transformed a vision into a shared experience and opened a wider conversation about how intelligent technology can make everyday living more thoughtful, responsive and human.
